Fundies is a cafe in Paddington that specialises in organic vegetarian food. They are located at 219 Given Terrace Paddington.
Everything they serve from the fruit juice to the eggs is organic.
Now, I am not a vegetarian but I am a huge fan of their big breakfast which consists on sour dough bread, free range eggs cooked the way you like it, beans or sauteed tofu, avocado and mushrooms! All for a moderate price of $15.95.
They also have pre-made deli delights dished up with their creative organic salads. For those that are coffee drinkers, even the coffee beans are organic! The coffee is a nice nutty flavoured and not at all bitter.
It is a must try for those that enjoy vegetarian food done at it's best!
